Spiritual and Mental Escape:

I speak for everyone when I say we have loads on our plates as people. Whether it’s work, school, business, or anything else that can cause you to feel trapped, sometimes you just have to get away from everything and take some time to reboot your mind and spirit. It’s basically going on a vacation, but without spending millions of dollars. If you really take the time to look around your own neighborhood or places fairly close to you, you’ll notice the possibility of taking mini vacations for no cost at all. There are so many beautiful places around us, but sometimes we’re so caught up in the busy aspect of life, that we don’t even notice the beauty around us, or even take time to enjoy it.

Here are a list of places you can use as a “happy place” or a temporary get away:

GRASS PARKS

A park surrounded by lots of grass and trees tend to be a lot quieter than a regular children’s park, and that’s because most of these parks were specifically designed for the older or more mature class of people. It’s a more peaceful and gentle environment, where you can read your favorite novel, jot down your thoughts in a journal, or just lie down in the grass and take a small power nap.

NATURE PRESERVES

These are a personal favorite of mine. The combination of water splashing, leaves rustling against the tree branches, and wildlife singing their own little songs come together in such a perfect harmony. I would definitely recommend coming to one of these, it’s totally free, and some of these happen to be open for 24 hours, which means you might wanna consider a little camping trip if you really want to trigger your relaxation.

BEACHES

Because who doesn’t love the feeling of laying out in the sand while listening to the waves crash against the shore? However, it does tend to get a bit noisy during the middle of the day, so I would recommend going in the early morning, or late at night for a more peaceful environment, not to mention the view is beyond gorgeous.

Here are a few photos I took of my favorite escape zone:

I favor this place very much, not only because of the insane amount of beauty, but also because I basically grew up here. I’ve always felt the need to escape even when I was younger and that’s completely fine. You are never too young to feel stressed or overwhelmed, and everyone needs some time to themselves without any distractions. For me it’s always better to let all my loved ones know that I will be away for a while so I have the freedom of disabling my phone, and it’s always a great feeling to detach myself from technology. I definitely recommend trying this method in order to really clear the mind and soul. These mini vacations are meant to be for you as an individual, and ONLY you.

Whenever you decide to start your escape journeys, feel free to contact me and let me know how they went. I’m always happy to hear. Have a lovely day readers!🌼🌼
